*Position Summary*

This position performs Level 1 customer support services for external
clients by responding to

telephone calls, email and personal requests for support. Documents,
tracks, and monitors the problem to

ensure a timely resolution. The position follows standards and processes
for effective customer

service practices in their daily work.

*85% A. Customer Service*

1. Interact with internal and external customers

2. Create, oversee and monitor requests, incidents and problem resolution

using user support "ticketing" software

3. Data entry as requested by customers and DPI management

4. Create product documentation and training materials for help desk

processes and procedures related to answering customer requests

5. Create and maintain customer support documentation such as FAQs and

service desk tool boxes

6. Provide backup support for other Customer Service Specialists

7. Advise management on situations that may require additional client

support or escalation



*10 % B. User Acceptance Testing*

1. Test and document new complex programs/procedures and make revisions

to existing programs/procedures to meet changing needs and requirements

2. Perform data and system integration testing

3. Provide customer assistance and training during acceptance testing and

implementation



*5% C. Employee Development Program*

1. Participate in appropriate social networks and professional learning
