*Medicaid Domain experience required. * *Description: * QA Lead: Responsible for implementation and maintenance of all QA processes, methodologies, tools and templates. Provides leadership consultation to team members and defines and tracks quality metrics and objectives. Identifies automation opportunities for testing as well as overall testing strategy. Reports to the Project Director. *Minimum Qualifications* Minimum of at least 5 years in the IT industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in quality assurance role. Experience with Medicaid is strongly preferred. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Experience/certified in quality improvement and six sigma methodology. Thorough understanding of testing/QA techniques, practices and the System Development Lifecycle process Experience with planning and leading QA efforts for a program or large complex projects. Excellent team leadership skills. Demonstrated skills in taking initiative and self-motivation. Logical in thought and detail focused. *Strong facilitation skills:* Ability to lead cross-functional meetings. Demonstrated ability to bring consensus among diverse cross-functional teams. Drive results within established timelines. *Excellent communication skills required:* Written and verbal skills.
