*Position: Senior Network Voice Engineer * *Location: Chicago, IL* *Duraion: 6-9 month contract* *Interview: phone/skype* Setting up interview ASAP. This is a very urgent need and will fill if we find the right candidate. *NEEDS TO HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS* *Description: * The Senior Network Voice Engineer is responsible for voice designs, builds, and technical reviews of system implementation, database integration, and application implementations operating on voice platforms within the enterprise. In addition they will be responsible for documenting voice solutions, migrating solutions from development to production. This a contract position. The skills required for the network voice analyst are as follows: - Understanding of *Cisco LAN/WAN architectures* to include *QOS and COS1 *services as applied to an *MPLS managed WAN*. - Understanding and experience with DHCP setup within a Cisco Unified Communications Manager environment. - Experience/knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager solution as deployed within cloud *UC Voice product (CUCM 9.1/10.0)* Knowledge of CM features, their application and how they perform across the enterprise a plus - Ability to conduct site surveys to collect basic infrastructure requirements for both voice and network - Perform station reviews to collect user requirements to include the following: Station assignments, station feature application, group coverage support, hunt group configurations, call flow design, auto attendant mapping, adjunct equipment integration, voice mail coverage, call accounting collection and implementation and review and coordinate implementation for DR requirements Implementation coordination and troubleshooting of *voice trunking* to include carrier based *SIP, ISDN PRI, *ground and loop start trunks. - Understanding of setting up SIP tie line trunking between IP PBX's.
