This includes the following responsibilities: (a) Project transition from LSC. (b) Project Staffing. Create and manage Resource Requests (c) Project setup calls w/ customer (d) Project kick-off and initiation. Orientation of deployed resources, specially 3rd party resources (e) Project tracking -- includes creation/review of status reports, weekly customer reviews, risk/issue management (f) Financial Tracking -- weekly forecasts and actuals, data capture and entry into sharepoint/xcel tracking sheet, working w/ back-office ECO for billing directives, invoicing and revenue reconciliation (g) Project closure -- capture necessary docs, revenue/billing closure Training on PSO-ALM specific practices will be provided Key Skills: (a) Strong PM skills -- PMP (or equivalent) certification desired. Exposure to COMPASS desired (b) Good analytical and data management skills -- detail oriented (c) Good comm and customer facing skills (d) Some Travel may be required Location: anywhere on East/Central Zone (e.g. Dallas/Atlanta/Richmond) Duration: up to 1 year.
