Client is currently in the process of enabling Veeva for several of their business units. We are currently looking for 2 qualified, experienced CRM Veeva Solution Analysts, whose purpose is to be a key member in the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the life of the program. Responsibilities: • Perform requirements gathering and analysis to provide high quality and detailed requirements. • Define timeline estimates based on the requirements, complexity and in-house capability. • Communicate estimates to supervisor for review. • Implement business requirements in the Veeva CRM utilizing configuration and coding. • Produce and review data/information models and preliminary system architecture, as needed • Guide team in preparation of technical specification document. • Taking complex client and solution concepts and articulating them to audiences of varying perception levels • Conduct functional / non-functional testing if required. • Investigate critical defects and establish need for fixing. • Fix complex defects identified during functional / non-functional testing. • Understand the defect impact / criticality and handle accordingly.
