Excellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation. 3+ years experience with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation. 3+ years experience with Java. 2+ years experience with a J2EE/EJB Application Server (preferably WebLogic). 2+ years experience working in both Unix and Windows environments. 2+ years experience with Adobe Flex, BLAZE DS and LCDS is required Experience with development, deployment, and support of large-scale distributed applications in a mission-critical production environment.
