The purpose of the Public Health Internet Project (PHIP) is to migrate the existing Public Health web content from the current technological environment to Sharepoint. The project will also implement a new web Governance model. The project will implement a single source, user-friendly tool for publishing timely and relevant information to our staff, OIS, and our business partners via Internet technology. The purpose of this contract is to procure a Deputy Project Management / Business Analyst expert to assist and support the Project Manager to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the Public Health Internet Project. The contractor performing this work will follow industry accepted project management and business analysis methodologies. The contractor will work closely with the DHS Public Health and OISPH Management Teams at all levels. The Deputy Project Manager must have the following experience: Must be an experienced Project Manager with significant experience as a scrum master and managing Agile projects. Extensive experience with website migrations, particularly onto SharePoint, highly desirable. Experience teaming with information architects, human factors engineers, UX designers, and visual designers highly desirable. Experience creating business process artifacts, workflow artifacts, and attention to detail highly desirable. Experience with web and web interactive and creative projects and redesigns, with content management and attribution projects highly desirable. Experience with Web 2.0 technologies and approaches highly desirable. The Deputy Project Manager must also perform certain business analysis functions, including: coordinate content preparation, attribution and migration; gathering taxonomic, content attribution, and web structure insights and patterns, comparing competing ontologies.
