Those resources are mostly developers, analysts, testers. The team is moving to a proper DevOps model where the developers act as operations folks on a rotation. So, short version is that we need good developers---mostly AngularJS or a similar javascript framework for front end devs and Java for my middle tier devs. Those same devs will be expacted to crosstrain on the entire development stack and architecture, learn and admin our continuous integration build process, build out our suite of automated unit tests and automated UI tests, and similar activities. *Share me resume with clear photo ID proof like (Driver License, State ID Card, Passport copy of first page)*.
