Candidates MUST be US Citizens since they will be working on a Government (Military) contract. *Responsibilities:* o Participate in specification review, develop and test services for UHG Enterprise Service Bus application. o Analyze any testing or production defects and fix them. o Provide Tier-3 production support. o Design and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teams o Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions. o Ability to solve complex production issues *Necessary skills:* o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. o 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer (Java core skills) o Development experience in an Eclipse based environment. o 10+ years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle is ideal. *Required skills:* o Experience with Web Services Development (3-5 years) o Experience with Spring framework. o Familiarity with OSGI and Felix. (Nice to have) o Experience with XML and source control systems. o Experience working with HTTP(s), MQ, DB and other related technologies. o Familiarity with ANT or Maven. o Familiarity with PKI.
