*Requires previous experience (on resume) of doing webforms (.net) to MVC
conversions. *



*Job Description*

· Working with a small team you will be tasked with migrating the
core client reporting application from webforms to MVC along with the
accompanying use cases, API's and reporting functionality.

· This project effort is expected to increase performance and
decrease maintenance demands.

· Working on a Scrum team you will be migrating the application in
phases loosely tied to the sprint cycles and will leverage Git for
documentation of code and any changes/enhancements.

· Experience performing code refactoring in a .NET environment will
be critical to your success on this project but more importantly a strong
foundation in C#, ASP.NET MVC and current coding best practices will be
required.



*Required Skills*

*Desired Skill set:*

· Documented experience writing *C# code in ASP.NET
 MVC*

· Knowledge of code migration projects from *VB6 or Webforms* to
current coding standards and best practices

· Experience with end to end development, *JavaScript, AngularJS,
Bootstrap, HTML/CSS and SQL Server preferred*

· Working knowledge of *Git, Jira, Agile and Continuous Integration
preferred*

· Computer Science degree or commensurate experience
