You will work closely with our internal business partners (e.g. marketing) to understand their business objectives and translate that into a digital strategy and roadmap. This role will also partner closely with our eService product teams and development teams to create user experiences, features, and capabilities for the web across desktop, tablet, smartphone, and app *What you will do* * Own, Manage and Drive the vision and plan for a large-scale innovative web strategy within the Digital Delivery Team; from strategy to adoption * Work closely with senior leadership to develop product roadmap and KPI’s for area owned and prioritize features and projects based on resources and ROI impact. * Develop the frameworks for use case identification, requirements definition, and associated features for the next generation of customer engagement and experience * Conducts competitive and industry best-practice analysis, monitors web industry trends, and makes recommendations that impact overall 2-3 year strategy/roadmap built by senior leadership. * Bridge the gap - translating business requirements to functional and technical specifications.
