The team you'll be joining is a small, highly efficient team focused on ensuring the availability of our client’s applications. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who wants to make a tangible difference within a rapidly growing team challenged with migrating client’s applications from on premise solutions to the cloud - and leveraging all of the features this opportunity presents. *Qualifications:* • Four or more years of System Administration, Cloud Support experience • Two or more experience with administrating SaaS environments and tuning • Comfortable being on call 24x7 and supporting Production environments for Tier 2 support • Strong knowledge of Linux, shell scripts, Apache, Mysql, Development Operations, Configuration management, monitoring and TCP/IP protocols • Strong communication skills • Understanding of the basics of scalable SaaS systems /Cloud fundamentals • Understanding of security best practices • Strong troubleshooting skills • Ability to work with very little supervision and to work well in a team environment. *Job Description:* Manage production, staging and development environments. Complete assigned tickets. Support Tier 2 escalations of production issues. Responsible for planning, provisioning, tuning, configuring systems. Work closely with hosting vendors and other IT vendors.
