*Job Title: Business Analyst* *Location: Grand Rapids, MI( prefer Locals)* *Duration: 12+ Months* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Project Management/Team Leadership • Lead all track-related activities for implementation • Participate and coordinate activities for their track for all major events • Manage work distribution for the Regional Business Team, ensure appropriate engagement & ownership and hold accountability for deliverables assigned to the business team • Accountable at the track level for all risks, issues and action items and decisions for that area. • Ensure participation, ownership and timely feedback from local business SMEs during assessment, localization design and cutover • Provide input to program managers on overall program deliverables: • Schedule • Mitigation plans • Communications • Change Management • Training plans and materials • Testing plans and materials • Work with resource managers to obtain required resources • Provide feedback on team member performance to uplines for reviews Solution Development and Confirmation • Facilitate business requirements collection and prioritization effort for the Region/Market • Facilitate analysis and prioritization of localization requirements with Regional/Market Business Process Leads and Business Team Members • Filter requests for changes to the Global Solution to determine valid/legal requirements • Assist in change impact validation with the business • Lead deep dive/scope clarification sessions for track and drive to decisions within project schedule timelines • Liaise with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to facilitate alignment with enterprise vision/solution • Coordinate Regional/Market resources’ review and approval of BR010, BR030, MD050, BR100, Key Decisions, Testing Scenarios, and other deployment deliverables/work products • Identify required business resources in the Region/Market, and facilitate timely fulfillment of information requests from Deployment BST and COE Teams ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- if you are comfortable with requirement, please fill the below details and reply me ASAP.
