Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Columbus, OH 43223 Duration: 6 months JOB DESCRIPTION: • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst • Experience working with business managers and end users in managing, facilitating, and leading stakeholders in business meetings, JAD sessions, and other requirements gathering. • Will be guiding teams through associate working sessions and process meetings (candidate will be working closely with a technical Project Manager as well as 1 team member from the QA team). • Strong communication skills needed, as well as strong business writing skills. • Must be able to analyze business requirements and specifications for complex projects. • Job duties will include: requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and data collection as well as use cases. Ability to and proven work history in producing Functional Requirements documents, process maps, and data flow maps. • Ability to successfully translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
