*Complaint Handling Conversion BA* - This person’s primary responsibility
is to drive the activities and deliverables associated with design,
development and implementation of conversions between legacy  Complaint
Tracking System (CTS) to the Companies Complaint Handling application (SAP
CRM) - This includes working collaboratively with multiple business teams
to define mapping logic between their source systems and the Complaint
handling tool with an emphasis on maximizing the conversion of data from
legacy systems to SAP CRM, data mapping documentation, and conversion
design specifications for any associated enhancements

POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES:

   - Work independently with end-users and business partners to assess the
   business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and
   guide them to the applicable processes and solutions including developing
   specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customer’s business
   goals.
   - Responsible for conducting workshop sessions and stakeholder
   interviews in support of project and conversion activities.
   - Responsible for communicating process and functional requirements to
   other teams (analysis, design, data, technical, training / org readiness,
   testing, production support).
   - Demonstrate work experience in role(s) involving conversion
   technologies and ETL.
   - Provide detailed functional knowledge throughout the project lifecycle
   and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be
   applied at the Company to improve and streamline conversions.
   - Provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise for the global
   design including the quality and stability of the solution (break/fix).

needs and possible solutions, identifying technology and business
solutions, gathering, documenting and updating business requirements;

and working with project members to execute the test plan, recommending
preferred solutions, and implementing recommendations. Manages project

Business Systems Analyst position will play critical role in the
development and integration of PeopleSoft Project Costing application with
in the Financial Application Support Group.

Job duties include:
1) Liaison between business and technologies partners on enhancement issues
and other initiatives involving the installation of PeopleSoft Project
Costing
2) Responsible for providing finance systems subject matter expertise to
user and technologies partners
3) Ability to translate business requirements to test conditions and test
cases
4) Review Technical test results and perform System thru UAT Test execution
5) Responsible for ensuring that adequate system and process controls exist

Required:
-  4+ years PeopleSoft Financials functional experience. (GL, AP,PC
 AM)
-  Experience with PS Tools and Reporting.
