<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>
<p>The role is an Identity Management engineer that is responsible for the 
delivery of solutions within the Identity Management Project Delivery Team.</p>
<p>High-Level Requirements:</p>
<p> Knowledge of how to integrate web services with an Identity Management 
solution</p>
<p> Design and develop front end GUI screen to tie in with backend applications 
using open source MVC frameworks (struts and spring)</p>
<p> Develop middle tier application which consumes web services (EJBs)</p>
<p> Work directly with our Identity Management engineers to ensure that an end 
to end Identity Access management solution that meets our business needs while 
mitigating security risks within the organization.</p>
<p> Review detailed business requirements with project analysts and product 
managers to ensure they adhere to our Identity Management and Web Access 
Management strategy</p>
<p> Supply project managers with detailed estimates for web application 
integrations</p>
<p> Educate application teams on how to integrate with Identity Access 
Management solutions</p>
<p> Responsible for building identity management solutions to meet business 
process needs based on detailed requirements</p>
<p> Perform unit testing and system integration testing</p>
<p> Build positive working relationships with team members, peer technical 
teams, application teams, and customers</p>
<p> Effective communication skills to ensure our project managers and customers 
are able to understand technical solutions</p>
<p> Demonstrate a general knowledge of application security and risk 
management</p>
<p> Ability to manage multiple application integrations</p>
<p> Understand business processes and challenges to supply recommended Identity 
Management solutions</p>
<p> Focus on Innovation and Operational Excellence</p>
<p> Identify issues within a solution and supply leadership with technical 
answers and options</p>
<p> Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure that project deliverables and 
deadlines are met</p>
<p> Communication of project status to project managers and management</p>
<p> Cross training peer team members for completed single sign on solutions</p>
<p> Self motivated to identify potential areas of improvement within Identity 
Access Management</p>
<p><strong>Technical Requirements:</strong></p>
<p><strong>OS:</strong></p>
<p>Windows 2003 and above is a must.</p>
<p>Unix/Linux experience is a plus.</p>
<p>Database Experience:</p>
<p>SQL experience is a must.</p>
<p>DTS/SSIS experience is a plus.</p>
<p>Application Experience:</p>
<p>Experience with CA Identity Manager is preferred.</p>
<p>Experience with another Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM,etc.) 
is a plus.</p>
<p>SUN ONE LDAP or Oracle Directory experience is preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Programming:</strong></p>
<p>Java is a must. 6+ years of relevant experience is a must.</p>
<p>Strong development skills with Java, JEE technologies including Servlets, 
EJBs, Design Patterns, Struts, Ant, XML Good knowledge of application servers 
(preferably WebSphere)</p>
<p>Hands-on experience with Eclipse IDE or RAD, SVN.</p>
<p>Experience with building/executing PL/SQL stored procedures.</p>
<p>Extensive Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), SOAP, Web 
Services.</p>
<p>Knowledge of XML,XSD,XPATH,XSLT</p>
<p>Experience with web development frameworks (JSF, Spring) Experience with 
JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs, PMD etc.</p>
<p>Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and 
Refactoring.</p>
<p>Experience with web services development and Axis framework highly 
desirable.</p>
<p>Ability to use Linux/UNIX shells, knowledge of UNIX shell scripts is a 
plus.</p>
<p>Networking:</p>
