Education: Bachelor’s degree required *Position 3* *Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets Senior (risk management and order management)* *Location: New York* *Must have:* 6 + experience with IT and business management in Financial Services with special focus on risk management and order management. Skills and prior experience in leading testing efforts of compliance, trading and security operations. Experience in defining business requirements for Compliance applications (Charles River or Bloomberg compliance systems experience would be a benefit) Ensure that the compliance rule built in the Compliance monitoring tool is consistent with the pseudo code. Validate that the data elements retrieved for the compliance tests are as per the firm's data dictionary, and are available and accurate. Prepare test cases for each compliance test. Document test scenarios, test results, and defects Prepare status reports for senior management. Collaboratively work with Compliance and IT teams to test the rules and obtain sign off to promote to production. Assist IT team with production migration.
