A senior, proven resource is required. Must be able to create process work flows/diagrams. Solid background on data flow and architecture for base requirements The technical platform has not been determined at this time. Requirements is going to be system generic – then require selecting a platform with the help of a technical team. The project is initially slated for 6 months for requirements gathering, but it is possible the BA will be extended beyond the requirements gathering phase of the project. Resource is required to be onsite and will work remotely with other states to determine their business needs. The individual in this position must meet with representatives from multiple areas of DTMB and gather requirements for workflow, request automation, and user experience and communicate requirements to the Remedy development team. The goal of this initiative is to improve user experience and functionality of Remedy while allowing developers to focus on development and implementation as opposed to requirements gathering.
