*****GC and USC Can Apply *******Reply me on rachel.l...@itbtalent.com <rachel.l...@itbtalent.com>* Philadelphia, PA Duties • Design messaging and communication services and provide 3rd level support. • Research and implement solutions to messaging and communication application problems and business needs related to those systems. • Install, configure, administer, and support server hardware and storage running Microsoft Windows Server and other operating systems • Provide advanced support for other application and file servers in a large network infrastructure • Complete IT projects and tasks in supporting the server and messaging infrastructure. • Provide Litigiation support to the legal department with approved software deployed within the organization. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Experience with messaging applications such as: Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013, ProofPoint Spam Gateway, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Symantec Discovery Accelerator, AirWatch, and Microsoft Lync. • Experience in installing, configuring, and administration of Windows Server operating systems. • The ablity to configure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Server and Application Monitor (SAM) to alert on potential or active issues with the area's responsible. • Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot complex messaging, server, and workstation related issues. • Work independently to complete assignments and produce results through the use of organizational skills.
