*Position = Technical Business Analyst* *Location = New York, NY** (Local or Near BY)* *Duration = 6 + Months* *Rate: $50/hr on C2C* *INPERSON REQUIRED… NEED LOCALS or NEAR BY* *Client: NY State ( DoITT)* *Required:* Minimum of 4 years of experience in overseeing *smaller scale environmental data and reporting projects* comprised of a small number of deliverables and/or a small number of phases; typically coordinates and delegates the assignments for project staff numbering up to 10. The Analyst will serve as the point of contact for the program regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes/extensions, and issues and concerns raised by project staff or stakeholders. *Responsibilities and Required Skills* Facilitation of project meetings with *both technical and non-technical staff* and *stakeholders* Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Ability to collaborate on and document the selected approach for a given set of business requirements.
