*Job Description: *Will be responsible for assisting with research work on technical issues facing project execution efforts. Responsible for understanding the application, technical, and data design of the project and supporting the development resources as they develop applications and services to implement the design. The analyst will be responsible for assisting with the creation of high and low level design deliverables during the project life cycle. *Technical Skills: * SOA SOAP/REST ? Webservices Design Spring MVC Java/J2EE Mule/ESB Object oriented Analysis Object oriented Design UML Object oriented Modeling Tools (any are ok) Design patterns (examples: J2EE core patterns, 'Gang of Four') Java development experience would be a huge plus Proven skill at implementing cross-platform solutions is desirable PostgreSQL is desired, but not required Experiences: 3+ years as a designer or lead developer - should demonstrate significant experience in the timeframe Clear demonstration of making design decisions and enabling the development team to realize the design Must be proactive in driving complex design discussions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Soft Skills: Must be able to create a design that other team members will follow. Can effectively voice their opinion in a room full of people. Communication- both written and verbal.
