The Test Analyst will be responsible for coordinating testing activities for all levels of testing within a project. Responsibilities will include test coordination, test execution, creation of test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test summary reports. The Test Analyst should have experience coordinating functional and performance tests. The Test Analyst is required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good system knowledge of the z/OS operating system, JES2, and JES3 subsystems. Good experience with z/OS JCL and utilities. Good experience working with Mainview Storage Resource Manager (SRM), DFSMS (SMS), ISMF, Navaquest, DFSMShsm (HSM), DFSMSrmm (RMM), Tivoli Tape Optomizer (TPC), Transparent Data Migration Facility (TDMF), ICF Catalog, TREXX, FileMarvel, and Startool. Experience working with SAS, PL/1, COBOL, Assembler, REXX, CLIST, Dialog Management Services, ISPF Services, VSAM, DB2, Autoflow, Issuance, and RMS. Familiarity with DASD remote copy technology: GDPS Geoparm; PPRC; XRC; GM; MGM.
