Please have them provide you a link or sample of their portfolio work MUST work West Coast Hours – 12pm to 8pm (EST) MUST have 1 year Siebel Experience Interview Process: Phone Screen With Me In Person (or Skype) with Jeff In Person (or Skype) with Senior Email Producer (Producers take the code released from the Developer– put it in ExactTarget, code the dynamic functionality (ampscript), verify and load the production data, go through the proofing and approval process, tweak the code if there is any changes/creative updates, and send the actual deployment or program the automation.
