They need someone who can jump in on the development side and do some unit testing but will be a buffer with the client and development team. IT Software Architect/ Team Lead JOB DESCRIPTION: The software architect is responsible to provide technical leadership for both development and test teams. The software architect is responsible for project management and application design and expected to perform other technical tasks, frequently handling the more technically challenging aspects of the system and/or applying their deep technical expertise to solve most challenging technical problems QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years embedded software development experience • 5+ years SDLC experience, 2+ years using agile methodologies • Ability to operate in a broad and diverse set of technologies.
