Responsibilities: Ø Place our company consultants through preferred vendors or direct clients. Ø To identify, interview and recruit consultants for requirements with our clients Ø Search/recruit proactively, with strong organizational skills. Ø Participate in job fairs and recruiting seminars that have been approved by management. Requirements: Ø The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-year staffing experience in IT Industry. Ø Proven successful sales record in the IT Consulting / Staffing Industry Ø Broad understanding of the IT industry Ø Strong contacts with Hiring Managers / Project Managers / Sr. IT Executives and active client base. Ø Good network with local agencies and consulting companies Ø You must have excellent communications skills. Ø The last critical traits we are looking for in this position involve a solid work ethic, a "never give up" attitude, and a "no excuses" outlook Location: Livonia, MI This opening is a full-time position, which will offer a base salary with a competitive commission plan and will be accommodated with a full benefits package.
