*Job Description:*
4-6 years of project work experience in software testing
Should have very good communication and leadership qualities
Working knowledge in Agile Management tools like: Jira, Rational
Team Concert, ALM and Rally.
Worked with remote teams - ability to be flexible with working
hours and travel
Good knowledge in Software testing life cycle
Extensively involved in Progress monitoring, Onsite-Offshore
coordination.
Involved in preparation of test plans from functional specification
documents.
Expertise in execution of Test cases, Data Validation and
Verifications, System Testing, System Integration, Regression, UAT.
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Should have worked in AGILE Methodologies and Scrum processes.
Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
Good exposure to team collaboration and interaction
Knowledge in automation tools
Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development
Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak
intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to
a team/enterprise
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a
sprint/scrum team
Ability to effectively communicate and facilitate a sprint team.
Good experience in Database and sql queries
Skill Set: Functional testing (basic experience in Automation)
Experience: 5 +Years preferably in Insurance domain.
Tools: Jira, MTM, Wiki, Rational Team Concert, ALM and Rally.
Methodology: *Agile*, Waterfall
