*JOB DESCRIPTION*
•Responsible for configuring, managing,
maintaining, and supporting Atlassian Stash GIT
• As the GIT Application Administrator,
this role will be responsible for maintaining all GIT
repositories serving globally distributed users
• Administrator is responsible for managing
service requests to address system issues, user requests promptly
• Administrator is responsible for fine tuning the performance,
configuring the cache and managing the platform’s high
availability and scalability
• Administrator should be able to automate by
scripting and document the automation the same for reducing manual
efforts required for maintaining th

e environment.
*Required Skills:*
• Unix Sys Admin experience in installing applications on VMs,
monitoring performance, tailing logs, etc.
• At least 3-5 years of GIT Administration
with experience customizing GIT repositories with  to
enable high performance for the end users
• Experience in performing GIT installations,
upgrades and migrations
• Experience with Unix scripting and at least
one of the languages – Perl/Python, preferably Python to drive automation.
• Strong communication analytical skills.

*Desired Skills:*
• LDAP integration experience
• Strong Python server side scripting knowledge
• Cisco experience
