*Job Description*

Ideal candidate will have *Contingent Worker Workflow experience*, create
new pages, functionality, track consultants (IT/Nurses/Specialized
Doctors), must have HCM 9.2 experience and PeopleTools 8.53 or 8.54.



*Job Skills*

   - PeopleSoft Developers on HCM, HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, Ben Admin,
   Migration from v9.1 to V9.2
   - Recent experience retrofitting customizations as part of upgrade as
   well as some new development
   - Experience with PS Tools, PeopleCode, pages, records, etc.
   - Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) preferred
   - Strong knowledge of(Manager Self Service (MSS) preferred
   - Recent Component Interface knowledge required
   - HCM work experience over the last 4 years required
   - Recent upgrade (9.2) experience required within the last 2 years
   - PeopleTools 8.54 strongly preferred



*Job Requirement*

   - Expertise on PeopleSoft HCM modules and a good understanding of
   PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, and ePerformance.
   - Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component
   Interfaces, Excel to CI , data management tools, Bundles, Fixes & Patches
   experience
   - Must have strong reporting tools experience: SQR, XML Publisher,
   Query/Crystal etc.
   - Assists in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned
   tasks.
   - Designing, coding, testing, training, debugging, implementing, and
   documenting modifications, customizations, implementation, and upgrades
   - Resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their
   areas of responsibility.
   - Coordinate prioritization, approval of changes, and follow change
   control protocols
   - Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation



*Basic Qualifications*

   - PeopleSoft programming experience
   - Good hands on expertise on Oracle 11g and above
   - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred



*Other Qualifications*

   - Analytical and problem solving skills
   - Solid communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work
   effectively with all levels within the organization and ability to work
   independently and as part of a team
