Position: Project Coordinator/Business Analyst Pay Rate: $40 an hour on C2C
Location: Dallas, TX (NEED LOCAL) Duration: 6+ months Description Summary: Assist project team with the creation of meticulous documentation (such as meeting minutes and project summaries). Work with Network Engineers to ensure all change requests are scrutinized. Work with the Engagement Manager to assist in customer communications, engagement tracking and ServiceNow entries and reporting. Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in a technical or management field such as computer science, computer engineering or business management o 2-4 years experience required working with project teams Responsibility level o Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills o EXCELLENT Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) o Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Basic knowledge of project management (Required) o Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) (Required) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Gather requirements from business units and translate those to project managers, customers or engineers o Confer with clients regarding their projects o Meticulously follow predefined processes.
