Description

Act as an administrator /coordinator on a team that supports an Oracle
toolset including OIM (Oracle Identity Manager), OAM (Oracle Access
Manager), LDAP/OUD integration, web logic support, and Admin Console
support for Access ID components.  This person will also work on Event
Handlers, Scheduled tasks, and SOA/Java to support OIM customizations.



For the OIM portion of the role, the candidate will have an understanding
of Oracle Fusion middleware, experience with modifying OIM.



For the OAM portion, experience with encryption, tools like Fiddler, and
packet tracking is helpful.



Other skills that will be helpful are modifying OIM connectors,
understanding/modifying XML, experience Importing/Exporting deployment
manager, and experience troubleshooting password policies.



This is a production support role.  As a result, a successful candidate
will have knowledge of a number of the areas listed above and will be able
to work with team members who may have more skills in the related areas as
needed to keep the environment up and running smoothly.



Responsibilities also include support of batches and client support.  This
includes troubleshooting customer tickets, troubleshooting IAM issues, and
project development work if needed (typically SCRs – System Change
Requests).



In addition this person will be responsible for aspects of analysis,
design, build, test, deployment, and overall support of the IAM toolset.
Responsibilities also include understanding the functionality of the
supported applications, how they are utilized by the users, and how they
interact with other systems.  This person may have some interaction with
functional experts from the client team.  This person must be able to
identify problems and raise issues with management when appropriate.  The
candidate will become familiar enough with a functional area to act as a
functional SME and will share their knowledge with team members.  This
person must work well in a team environment and have good communication,
problem solving skills, and troubleshooting skills.



*Required experience*

• 1+ years of OIM development or support experience

• 1+ years of OAM development or support experience

• 1+ years of web logic support

• 1+ years of experience in various Oracle tools including Admin console,
fusion middleware, event handlers, and SOA/Java

• 1+ years of coordination of resources

• 2+ years of troubleshooting moderately complex technical issues

• 2+ years of working independently with moderate levels of direction from
management.

Work Authorization
