Top Skills: 1. 10+ years Business Analysis experience Specifically, gathering requirements from the Business Partners, stakeholders, and IT Development teams to translate business needs into functional requirements 2. Senior level ability facilitating meetings and documenting meeting minutes simultaneously with on and offshore team members. - This person needs to be able to ask probing questions during the meeting while taking notes. The meetings can range from 10-25 people some will be off shore and will require video conferencing. This requires organization and expertise in running efficient and effective meetings for large groups of people who are all in different locations. 3. Experience with handling multiple projects at once and the ability to pick up additional projects with short term notice. 4. Excellent communication skills and experience working with offshore teams (i.e TCS, Wipro, etc.). This requires constant and clear communication with team members in all locations.
