REQUIREMENTS : The Project Consultant shall: • Serve as a project consultant for Oracle and PeopleSoft products in the role of technical project manager reporting to the HR Technology Operations systems manager • Possess systems development life cycle experience in PeopleSoft 9.x HCM environment • Possess strong project management skills (PMP certification preferred) • Provide appropriate project or enhancement artifacts as requested • Partner with internal business owners, technical team members, and senior management to assist and support the design, development, and implementation of various PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM projects and enhancements • Act as the intermediary to facilitate a clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and requirements, design, technical, testing, and production migration requirements • Work closely with the Technology Services staff to establish, revise, and maintain standards and procedures while implementing system projects • Work with clients to foster best business practices, the appropriate use of automation to provide efficient, cost-effective administrative systems and a continual process improvement approach to the Board’s automated administrative systems • Possess knowledge and experience in Phire change management software is preferred • Possess ability to execute and analyze PeopleSoft compare reports • Possess ability to migrate PeopleSoft objects/definitions from source to target databases • Possess strong oral and written communication skills • Conduct status meetings with Technology Services and business area managers and staff • Assist where necessary with business process redesign to take advantage of the efficiencies offered by automation • Assist in implementing software packages needed to meet FISMA and CMMI standards • Research, recommend and write processes, procedures and policies to meet FISMA and CMMI standards Thanks & Regards Ranjith Ph:(925) 973-0000 x 232(Off) Email: ranj...@allianceit.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
