The Lead IT Test Engineer (Automation) provides team leadership, technical
and domain subject matter experience, and coordination support to his/her
test automation development team.  Plans, executes and manages automation
projects.  Administers organizational metrics and ensures projects are
delivered to plan with high quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
.Supervise a team of Test and QA Automation engineers on test automation
development, execution tasks, and related projects, as assigned.
.Lead/contribute in establishing, revising, and enhancing technical
automation framework and coding standards, tools, processes, and procedures;
.using object oriented programming techniques with Java/J2EE
.maintaining and enhancing modular framework design
.leveraging, as needed, multiple test automation tools such as Silktest and
Selenium, at the GUI level, and JSON calls at the Web Service layer
.accounting for execution performance, maintainability, reusability,
portability, and stability.
.Lead/contribute in establishing, revising, and verifying quality
standards, processes, and procedures for company process improvement plans
(CMMI, Six Sigma, PEP, etc.)
