Experience in an Informatica MDM environment is required •As Apps DBA your key roles and responsibilities will include: .Deliver and troubleshoot a high availability, service based solution – a mix of new development and production support .Database performance tuning .Define and assure architecture, design, and programming standards are followed .Code in pl/sql, possible shell scripts. Ability to read Java would be elpful. .Coordinate with infrastructure team for Oracle/Linux/WLS configuration .Environment management – validation, documentation, planning, access control .Write and review design docs .Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements. .Remain current on industry standards and advances within area of expertise (Oracle 12c, MDM 10.x, etc) .Find and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. .Release management – define standards, deployment, automation, verification, planning .Provide database expertise and guidance to approx. 10 member java & plsql team .Proactive database performance/stability improvements •Basic Qualifications: .8 - 15 years relevant experience .Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, math or equivalent technical discipline or equivalent technical experience. .Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .Ability to keep or renegotiate commitments .Ability to work in a cooperative team environment with internal & vendor resources. .Good technical knowledge (admin, coding, testing, configuration, ETL) .Strong communication skills. .Ability to make decisions .Ability to provide both detail information and also summarize to a management level. .Ability to work through problems and propose a range of solutions .Ability to work in ambiguous situations •Familiarity with .Oracle Fusion Middleware .Java, Java Web development, JEE .XML .Informatica MDM 9.6.1+ .Weblogic 10 .Siebel 8+ .Webservices Regards: Dayle Wilson - IT Technical Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
