Create conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and final graphic designs for tools, services, and websites. Work closely with product managers, engineering, customers and other stakeholders to proactively gather and understand usability concerns and areas for improvement Establish detailed usability and design guidelines for product development based on industry best practices and competitive benchmarking Create and maintaining a library of design and interface resources for use by product teams Plan and conducting user research and usability tests, documenting, communicating and acting upon the results. Ideate and storyboard design solutions based on user feedback Proactively look for opportunities to improve the design of and interface for our web-based applications. Experience designing for or developing user-facing rich internet/web-hosted applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS,K JQuery Create interactive prototypes and aid in the implementation of web technology-based front ends Understand and leverage established visual and interaction design standards, business requirements, market analysis, customer feedback, sit metrics, and usability findings to make detailed design decision that are user-centered and product-family consistent. Educational/Training Requirements BA or BS in interaction design, cognitive science, human computer interaction, computer science, or similar training preferred but not required Hands-on experience as an User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer or Information Architect Ability to obtain training and additional education as requested.
