Business Analyst III Location: Everett, WA 12 months contract MAX RATE $45/HR on C2C *MUST HAVE ATLEAST 8-10 Years of Experience* Summary This position is responsible for development of business and functional requirements for IT system enhancements that align business goals, IT Initiatives, and technology considerations. This individual works as part of the Project Management Organization to ensure that business needs and plans are integrated with IT project delivery. This position will specifically work on projects supporting the Field Operations Portfolio of projects. These consist of efforts that affect Assignment, Dispatch, and Provisioning systems and processes. Prerequisites: Telephony Experience in the areas of Assignment, Engineering, or Networking is a prerequisite for this position Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs. Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations. Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.
