*Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* *Good Experience in Project Manager* This unique opportunity is a permanent position within Cigna Group Insurance IT under the Group Claims Management and Financial Integration program. As a project manager, you will be part of a high-visibility program, working on leading edge initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will be leading cross functional teams towards delivering a modern claims and case management platform accomplished by launching new products and services, managing large-scale application development, and integrating with an enterprise-wide architecture. You are an accomplished PM and skilled problem solver who can motivate change as well as a strategic thinker who understands the big picture. *What are the Key Responsibilities:-*Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering a given strategic initiative. Directs and drives large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple Cigna constituents as well as external delivery partners through all phases of the SDLC. Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan that includes resource plans, contingency plans, and other related project management artifacts. Negotiates and manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters. Serves as subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives. Builds an environment of trust, collaboration, and openness among peers and other team members. Shares lessons learned, perceptions, and best practices openly. Proposes recommendations and adjustments to project delivery and related solutions throughout the life of the initiative. Thinks strategically with the big picture in mind to direct Communicates clearly with all levels of stakeholders to ensure deliverables are hit. Can articulate tradeoffs and impacts to enable strategic and tactical decision making as well as mitigate risk.
