*Job Description: * Sr QA Engineer to participate in agile development on the TaxMod project. Review requirement documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance or completeness or to mitigate risks. Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Participate in code reviews with team members. Create and execute complex test cases, test plans and test scripts (manual and automated). Log defects and track to closure. Manage QA environments and perform application deployment and troubleshooting. Accurately report on progress on goals to team through effective use of tools and team based communication. Provide guidance and training to peers in areas of strength as well as general guidance to junior members. Work directly with others in addition to the Product Development team such as Customer Support and Customers themselves.
