Immediate Need Business Analyst with **ClaimsCheck
Experience, Need USC,GC*

Position  :  Business Analyst
Location :  Owings Mills MD
Duration :  12+ Month's

Requirement:
Working on ClaimsCheck replacement project. FEP, Facets, and NASCO
consistency across platforms.
Currently have claimcheck won’t be supported end of 2017. Did an RFI/RFP
decided to move forward with McKesson claimsExten project.
Need someone strong from a clinical perspective who understands clinical
editing rules and impacts to claims processing. Need to be able to
create requirements, run JAD sessions, obtain approval, and support project
(including testing and working with business teams).
Will also want someone with some provider experience who understands
medical policies. Dealing directly with providers around medical
policies.
Need to have experience with any claims system (NASCO / Facets preferred)
Remote with ability to come in every now and again would work
Requirements:
MUST HAVE CLINICAL EDITING SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
MCKESSON CLAIMCHECK OR CLAIMSXTEN EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
FACETS OR NASCO EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Job Title   : Business Analyst
Location   : Albany NY
Duration   : 6+ Months

Responsibilities include:
The Sr. Business Analysts consult with business owners regarding business
needs and translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conducting analysis of business and user needs in order to develop
requirements documentation
Creating business documentation that details the BI requirements and
deliverables Interfacing with programmers and the client to ensure
successful delivery of client reporting requirements
Conducting analysis of business and user needs in order to develop
requirements documentation
Working in conjunction with the business users and development teams,
responsible for the creation and execution of test scripts, scenarios, and
test plans that validate initial business requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:
We are looking for 2 Sr. Business Analysts who have preferably worked in an
Oracle environment. They must have at least 6 years overall BA experience.
This experience must include the following:
Preferably Oracle 10g/11g database business and systems analysis, design,
testing and maintenance including requirements gathering (ie, JAD sessions,
client interviews, focus groups) and development.
end user documentation development (ie, business requirements documents,
use cases, flow charts, report mock-ups, swim lane diagrams, prototypes,
screen designs)
quality assurance testing (including content and load testing) and
development of user acceptance documents.
Business Intelligence tools and data analytics background and an in depth
understanding of how to design and create BI applications, and reporting
solutions.
project management tools, delegating assignments, and tracking project
status and project management software such Microsoft Word, Excel and
Access 2000, Project Manager, Visual FoxPro, and Visual Basic.
Three (3) years demonstrated hands-on experience
developing end user training materials:
Bachelors degree in information science, computer science, mathematics,
public/business administration
Strong analytics and communications background (e.g., math, statistics,
quantitative methods, and verbal and writing proficiency)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact well with
colleagues
Strong Business Intelligence tools and data analytics background and an
in-depth understanding of how to design and create BI applications, and
health care business intelligence reporting solutions is a huge plus.

Combine data on ad-hoc from multiple sources including sales, inventory,
product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used
to elicit requirements
Create Logical and Physical data models to enhance the analytical
requirements of the business
Review designs and develop test plans to validate data lifecycle
management.
Support the adoption of industry best practices for business analysis
Partner with Data Management to execute activities relating to testing,
data validation, and support phases of upgrades and new implementations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in MIS, computer science,
mathematics, engineering, science, or other quantitative field
4+ years of experience in working in Business Process and Data Analysis for
large IT related projects
4+ years of experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or
patterns in complex data sets
Must possess excellent technical, communication and organizational skills
Solid understanding of dimensional and relational data models
Strong track record of working successful with tech teams following an
Agile methodology
Experience or expertise in using Tableau or similar BA data visualization
tools
Experience with moderate to complex SQL scripts (creating, reading,
running, customizing)
Experience with complex process data mapping (ETL) that defines technical
and business rules.
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling
manner.
Experienced at creating and maintaining all process relevant documentation:
requirements documents, process flows, data mapping, standard operation
procedures
Experience working with technology and business SMEs to document as-is and
to-be processes and data requirements
Skills utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), SQL,
Tableau

Description:
Responsible for business process analysis incl. business process mapping
and modeling and defining the future state process design, requirements
elicitation, analysis incl. prioritization and documentation (incl. all
typical techniques and types of documentation, e.g. use cases, logical data
model, conceptual UI design, report design, etc.), systems and gap analysis
and evaluation of solution alternatives, as well as coordination of user
acceptance testing. Produces clear and concise written communications, and
responds to change requests that impact business requirements. Assesses and

Typically functions as a contributor within a project team and providing
critical BSA deliverables like Business Requirements Documents or
