Project experience on the following areas: Implementation or Customization or Interface & Conversions or Support for Oracle Applications version 12.1 Relevant experience on eBusiness HCM with min 2 End to End implementations with customer facing roles Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to resolve issues. Must be good at performance tuning to handle performance issues encountered in upgrade process. Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management and problem solving skills.
