responsibility. Specializes in functional, application or technical
architecture. Responsible for supervising deliverable development. Instill
commitment to quality, customer service, ownership, and teamwork. Define
and manage team structure and resource levels to support business needs of
functional area.



Must have:

   - Apache CXF (RESTful APIs)
   - Spring 3.1.1 Core
   - Hibernate 3.x Core
   - Java 1.7.x, Java Servlets
   - Good communication skills
