*Immediate Need Oracle HCM Functional Consultant In Houston, TX* Position :Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Location : Houston, TX Duration :12-18 month contract
Experience: 7+ years relevant Oracle EBS experience Functional Expertise with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR, Comp Workbench, Integrations with Oracle payroll & OTL, iRecruitment) Expertise with Oracle EBS Release R12 (12.1.3 + ), including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application Ability to perform gap analysis and develop functional specs Past experience as a team/track lead for one or more R12 implementations Full lifecycle Implementation experience Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
