JD: Overall coordination of internal and external resources to deliver Cyber/NERC - CIP solution to NEER Wind sites. Requires a detailed understanding of the NERC directives. Work required to verify/Map the network, close and add firewall ports. Talent with expertise to manage the internal/external effort, with a sense of urgency that will roll up their sleeves, produce, drive the project, capable of reviewing and marking up documents, knowing what is enough/right. Measure progress, maintain the schedule, provide executive updates, manage action items lists, work across a matrix organization. Looking for someone with Cyber Security experience, NERC-CIP experience, Bulk Power Reliability experience, and advanced project management experience.
