Key attributes of the ideal candidate worth highlighting include: Automation Experience Data driven, keyword, and hybrid framework development/design Highly modular/maintainable automation design Selenium, Appium, and other automation tool experience Web-based and Mobility a plus Automation coding experience - perferrably Java Coding (Necessary for automation framework development/maintenance) Object Oriented Programming Java preferred Leadership/Coordination Strong organizational skills Familiar with phases of project leadership from initiation through close-out Ability to leverage tools such as Gantt Charts and Work Breakdown Structures to organize and manage project tasks Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. May require an advanced degree and at least 6 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
