Need GC EAD and USC* Position :QA Analyst Location :Indianapolis, IN Duration :12 month contract Job Description The QA Analyst MUST have solid knowledge and experience with HP UFT (formally QTP) Test Automation tool. Candidates must be able to demonstrate building Test Automation scripts, framework, function library and maintaining Object Repositories. Having Load Runner experience is optional but highly desirable. As a QA Analyst you will primarily work with various departments to help them automate their regression testing for their various applications. KEY JOB DUTIES to include (but not limited to): Develop and execute HP UFT/QTP test automation scripts, framework, function libraries, object repositories. Responsible for providing leadership in the design/development of product testing/quality processes and in developing testing architecture equal to that of commercial quality software. Assists in the creation of or creates and communicates all testing deliverable(s) (MTP, TES, etc.) Coordinates and identifies test cases to automate. Mentors staff in testing and product quality processes. Maintains current reference architecture and defines, monitors and collects testing/product quality data. Identifies quality needs of functional feature, performance and service requirements/components. Defines appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design. Reviews defects in assessing product quality. Reviews an application for testing needs and requirements/design quality. Consults to projects and application support groups regarding quality and testing and may participate in the transition of software and systems into production. Plans/ prepares and executes test assets and executes linkage from test plan to test scenarios and cases. Develop and execute HP Load Runner scripts.
