Position : Senior Oracle Financials Functional consultant Location : Omaha, NE Duration : 6+ months Contract Requirements / Responsibilities: 10+ years of Oracle Financials experience - Accounts Receivable, General ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Treasury, IExpense, IProcurement Senior Functional Consultant Analyst for the Oracle Financials R12. E-business suite, with focus on supporting project solutions and configurations for the Oracle platform This position will support an Oracle Financials R12 eBusiness Suite environment - candidate must have knowledge of Oracle Financials applications, specifically Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, IProcurement, IExpenses, Treasury, General Ledger and Fixed Assets. Responsible for transforming requirements into architecture and design documents between the internal business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Gather, document and present estimates for efforts. Translates high-level, complex business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization, manages changes to such specifications, and educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Must be able to understand and predict how all the pieces will fit together and identify potential issues and risks to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Has advanced communication and negotiation skills, as well as an innate ability to simplify complex technology concepts and to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts to deploy successful solutions. Works as part of a core project delivery team to deliver repeatable, scalable solutions in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Review and analyze current technology infrastructure and its ability to support strategic objectives.
