Data Center Network Engineer with F5 GTM/LTM and firewall experience Foster City, CA 6-12 Months Contract We have an immediate need for a senior Data Center Network Engineer with F5 GTM/LTM and firewall experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide communications and follow up to key customers on Network Services work efforts directly related to the customer. • Work with key or high level customers on chronic network support issues to ensure timely resolution of issue. • Track, lead and provide support for all compliance requirements for team and ensure that all network compliance efforts are being met. Ensure audit trail is intact for all tasks being completed within the team. • Assist with logistical needs for projects and work efforts such as equipment delivery, equipment ordering or inventory tracking. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: • Excellent customer services and the ability to provide “white glove” support to senior management customers. • Understanding of key computing and networking terms and concepts. • Experience with oversight and management of vendors. • Ability or organize and track and drive work efforts to ensure timely delivery of tasks and work efforts. • Ability to work in fast paced environment with conflicting high priority tasks.
