Skills & Responsibilities: SAP SD - SAP Functional and Out of the Box Processes (3 yrs) MS Office - All MS Office Applications including Visio (7 yrs) Organization Effectiveness (OE) - Familiar with change management and adoption principles (2 yrs) uPerform - Record and edit uPerform documentation (3 yrs) UPK - UPK experience a plus (2 yrs) Training materials development - Knowledge of prioritizing which test scripts will be turned into training materials (3 yrs) Trade Management Worked specifically with the Vistex module in SAP. Familiar with how to add, modify, close agreements, claims. Understand the dispute and claim settlement processes. Develop end user training material from BPPs and PRDs PowerPoint introduction Work instructions Quick reference cards Exercises Exercise data Create uPerform recording as necessary Participate in training pilot activates to test training materials and delivery Questions (must answer Yes where applicable): Have you developed training materials in an SAP project?
