Reason project (initially slated for 6 months+)

Work location:   *Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY*

Client is looking for a *Sr. Siebel Administrator* for its healthcare
client. This is a contract assignment, initially slated to last 6 months
and can be extended.  Virtual/remote work arrangement may be allowed after
initial phase.

 Positions Requirements:

-Must have 8 plus years’ experience as a Siebel Administrator

-Must have current Siebel certification

-Must have experience with Siebel 8.1

-Must have experience with Unix/Linux operation systems

-Must have Oracle database experience -Experience with Oracle HTTP server
is strongly preferred for all aspects of database tuning, software
configuration, memory usage, data access, data manipulation, SQL, and
physical storage. -Development and execution of database security policies,
procedures and auditing

-experience with database authentication methods, authorization methods,
and data encryption techniques



Project Summary:

Responsible for providing senior level operations support and/or first
level engineering design functions for production infrastructure networks
or systems.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Represents major upgrades and business system
replacements in change control, provides trouble resolution and serves as
point of technical escalation on complex problems. Leads or plans
implementations for systems and networks; develops testing plans. Oversees
Enterprise mix of vendor services; recommends changes or updates to
strategy. Designs and engineers repetitive technical solutions and develops
support procedure and performance metrics reports. Leads level 1 & 2
incident recoveries; may organize the efforts of other analysts as part of
incident recovery; leads root cause analysis efforts. Performs other duties
as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BA/BS degree or equivalent in
combination of education and experience. 5-8 years experience in a support
and operations or design and engineering role in any of the following
areas: servers, networks, telecommunication, operating systems, middleware,
disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support,
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an
equivalent background.

SKILLS: Incumbent should also have significant operational experience in
one or more core infrastructure technologies, be capable of creating
technology designs utilizing business and technical requirements and
demonstrate strong mentoring skills.
