Job Title : UX Project Manager Location : Roseland, NJ Duration : 6 Months Description: This individual will lead and oversee the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. Responsibilities: Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources in matrixed organization Work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of projects Actively direct project timeliness, budgets and reporting Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (as necessary) risks and issues Employ highly developed consultative skills Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner Provide analysis of projects, including business cases, ROI and post-project reviews Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives Work on projects of high complexity Qualifications: Experience managing medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year enterprise-wide projects Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies Deep experience and past success performing UX project management within an Agile SDLC Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following: PMP or equivalent professional project management certification Advanced knowledge of User Centered Design practices and related discovery, design and research activities Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills Ability to manage across formal organizational lines Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying deliverables and timelines Strong leadership capabilities and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables Expertise with Microsoft Office and project management tools Commitment to and accountability for resultsAbility to interface with and present to all levels of the organization Proven track record of building relationships both internally and externally Ability to think independently and make decisions Strong interpersonal skills Collaborative approach to work Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience 5 to 8 years of project management experience Regards Alvin Stuart Recruiter Direct:609-423-4045 alvin.stu...@itbtalent.com Gtalk – alvinstuart9...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
